HomeCountry Projects Geneva partners private clients and organizations to execute and manage real estate and other development projects in African countries. The company was envisioned to provide project management support to Africans who live abroad and desire to build a real estate product in their home country. It was also designed to support Africa-focused development organizations, by enhancing accountability and professionalism on their grassroots projects.

To solve this problem of accountability and professionalism, we set out to build a project management solution for effective and responsive project execution for the diaspora population. This same, applies to international development partners which are often in a similar challenge, especially with grassroots projects. HomeCountry Projects, therefore, is positioned as a TRUST organization for the African market. We have developed structures, systems and tools to help you carry out projects transparently, while remaining adaptive to change and the environment.

HomeCountry Projects is a product of SCIRO Limited, a foremost consulting firm with almost 10 years of experience in delivering and managing projects in Africa. Since 2016, we have helped diverse clients to start their entrepreneurship journey, manage real estate and brokered partnerships. We stick to our clients on every step of their project journey.
