Stef de Jong is Dean and Professor in Entrepreneurship, Management & AI at EU Business School. He started his career in M&A and strategic consulting in ‘84, when he joined Boyden International at its European headquarters in Geneva as their number two. He is the founder and President of Temonan Geneva Holdings, active in M&A, Entrepreneurship, Robotization, Digital Data Flows, Design and Negotiations.
Steve has for over 10 years helped organizations design their business development and corporate strategy through process and systems design, digital transformation and projects management. His experience spans across multiple industries, including pharma, real estate, and oil, gas and marine.
He is a distinction MBA graduate in International Business from the University of Lagos Business School, Nigeria. He is the author of My Neighbour's Bed.
Binal leads strategic partnerships, supporting the company’s growth through relationship building, collaboration, and structured execution. She brings experience across management, human resources, ERP coordination, and accounting, with a strong focus on aligning people, processes, and strategy.
She has worked across Europe and India, supporting cross-functional initiatives, system integrations, and stakeholder coordination in dynamic environments. Binal is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at EU Business School, Geneva, with a research focus on human behaviour within organizations. Her work supports sustainable partnerships built on trust, governance, and long-term value creation.
