About HomeCountry
We design Trust Systems
HomeCountry Projects provides local surveillance and on-ground support for infrastructure projects in emerging, high-risk markets including MENA, APAC, LATAM and sub-Saharan African Markets. We enable complex projects to be governed, accounted for and trusted across borders
Founded in 2025 and regulated as a Swiss-entity, we support cross-border project development by combining digital technology, governance and independent local project support. We reduce uncertainty, improve visibility, and align capital, partners, and execution around clearly defined outcomes
Our focus is on institutionalizing systems and structures on local projects, making them credible and cost-efficient.
Note from our Founder
Complex infrastructure and development initiatives in African and frontier markets often fail not for lack of capital or intent, but due to limited visibility, weak accountability, and misalignment between global stakeholders and local execution. The result is delayed projects, exposed capital, and eroded trust.
HomeCountry Projects was established in 2025 to address this gap. Operating within a Swiss-regulated framework, we design accountability infrastructure and execution systems that allow projects to be governed, tracked, and trusted across borders. Our work supports international organizations, investors, project owners, and sponsors seeking disciplined execution in complex operating environments.
Our experience spans high-capital and regulated sectors—including pharmaceuticals, energy-related industries, real estate, and infrastructure—where execution discipline, systems design, and local operating realities matter. We combine governance design, enabling digital infrastructure, and delivery assurance to reduce uncertainty and strengthen confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
Looking ahead, our focus is on supporting scalable, sustainable initiatives that contribute to resilient infrastructure, inclusive economic participation, and long-term value creation. We engage selectively, prioritizing projects where accountability, transparency, and institutional credibility are essential to success.
